First I want to say that Jordan was my initial contact and he saved me about $1,300 per year over Progressice while also doubling my coverage. That was just the auto piece. He also saved me $800 per year on my homeowner policy. He was low pressure on the sales, and high delivery on the product. "I’ve been looking for auto insurance for a week and I found it extremely difficult to speak to a live & real human being. Everything is automated now with most ALL American companies and I absolutely hate ROBO “receptionists”.

After calling at least 10 insurance agencies, a friend told me to call Abigail with State Farm.

Not only did I speak to REAL HUMAN BEING RECEPTIONIST, she picked up on the very first ring. AMAZING!!! Within seconds I was speaking to Abigail, the broker. It took less than 30 seconds.

Now, because of my happiness, I decided right then & there to get State Farm insurance before I was even told about a policy. All because they have real live human beings who showed professionalism for a change instead of some AI bot.

For most of the companies I called, I could only speak to a ROBO THING that didn’t understand or even work. I hung up on several companies like Mercury Insurance. I couldn’t speak to a human being even if my life depended on it.

As long as State Farm shows that it actually cares about their customers, they’ll have my business for life.

Kudos to Abigail as she’s so charming and so friendly. That’s something you don’t see often these days. Plus she spoke perfect English. Don’t see very often anymore either."
